learning organization is a new form of organizations appeared with the increase of uncertainty of environment in the age of knowledge economy, it is still young and the research for it is not so embedded all-sided and systemic . the article focused on the leaning organization, based on the other scholars'work on it, constructed a system model of leaning organization using the theory and method of system science, and designed every subsystems of leaning organization, especial the structure subsystem 學(xué)習(xí)型組織理論還是一個(gè)年輕的組織理論,學(xué)者們對它的研究還不夠深入、全面和系統(tǒng),本文以學(xué)習(xí)型組織理論為研究對象,系統(tǒng)的回顧了學(xué)習(xí)型組織的基本理論,利用系統(tǒng)科學(xué)的理論和方法分析了學(xué)習(xí)型組織的構(gòu)成要素,構(gòu)建了學(xué)習(xí)型組織的系統(tǒng)模型,并對各子系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了初步分析,特別對學(xué)習(xí)型組織的結(jié)構(gòu)子系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了較為詳細(xì)的分析設(shè)計(jì)。
